Oklahoma City

Saturday morning, Jason, Schaeffer, Farmer and I headed off to Oklahoma City. This was very last minute, but tons of fun. We went to Bricktown, the water park and Celebration Station. Schaeffer and Farmer get along so well. Farmer is so nice to him and really takes care of him. Schaeffer loves having someone to hang with other than Jason or myself. Farmer is 16 and as long as he wants to travel with us, he is more than welcome to!

End of the Year

We are all anxious about the beginning of summer vacation. It seems harder and harder for the Underwood's to wake up each school morning.  Schaeffer loves it when I tell him, "We have NO plans afterschool." That means we can come straight home and he can play in his beautiful backyard until bed time.

Here is a picture of Schaeffer and Maddox. They are the best of friends.

Schaeffer's Time to Shine

Schaeffer played his last Wee Ball Basketball game and he did excellent. He scored 8 points, had 10 rebounds and 4 jumpballs. He finally acted like he was interested in the game. He said he wants to win all of the games. He even visited with the coach a little on the sidelines.

Hoop 10

Faith started Hoop 10 last weekend. Her team is very young. She says she loves it, and we love to watch her. Schaeffer tags along with us and plays with his animals while Faith is learning the game of basketball.

Easter

Our friends, Lance, Katie, Drew and Ty came to spend the Easter weekend with us. We had so much fun. Schaeffer and Drew loved every minute of it. They were both so excited, that they had some trouble falling asleep the first night. Katie and I enjoyed the weekend as well. Ty followed Schaeffer and Drew around. Schaeffer got a chance to see what it would be like to have a little brother following him around for two days. Lance and Jason had fun driving around the farm.

Weekend with Faith

Last Sunday we got to spend the entire day at home. This is special for us because we rarely get to do this. We went to Saturday night church and then spent all day at home Sunday. Faith and Schaeffer played dress-up, baked cupcakes and bet Dad at a few Wii games.

Wee Ball

Schaeffer made his first basket at his basketball game Thursday night. He was so proud of himself. He had to look into the crowd to make sure that we were all watching. He enjoys playing until he gets bored. Once he gets bored, he is done. Faith likes to watch him, but she is a little concerned that he does not always focus on the game. He is a little stubborn. Wonder where he gets that from?
